When Jesus Brings Light To Life's Darkest Moments
Moving Forward After Life’s Greatest Failure

DARKNESS CANNOT DRIVE OUT DARKNESS

Join us during Lent for food, fellowship, and video series study!

Monday: Read Matthew 5:43-48. Why is loving your enemies so difficult? Who are the “enemies” that you might identify in your life? Pray for those enemies throughout the week.

Tuesday: Read Romans 12:14. What are ways that you can be a blessing to those who “persecute” you (or inconvenience you, or make you mad)?

Wednesday: Read 1 Peter 3:9. God doesn’t want us to return evil for evil. What are ways that you can actively practice that with the people that make your life more difficult.

Thursday: Read 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. God is love. He gives us a perfect word picture of what that love looks like. In all honesty, we will never be able to give the same love that Christ gives. But how can this love impact the way you love others in life?

Friday: Read Proverbs 24:17. Purposefully pray for your enemies who have succeeded.

Saturday: Read Exodus 23:4-5. How can acts of love towards your enemies (like rescuing his/her donkey) impact your discipleship journey? How can it impact your enemy?
