Read Luke 4:5-8. In all three temptations, Satan intended to entice Jesus to grasp by His own power what the Father planned to give in His own time (Phil. 2:6-9). In what specific area was Jesus asked to disobey His Father in the temptation in Luke 4:5-8?
Are you tempted to grasp at anything that God would give by grace in His own time? Or, are you facing some other temptation?
